SALON POLICIES
By using our products and services, you have read and agreed to our policies and shall release and hold harmless Discover Nails LLC, its employees, its contractors from any and all liability from injuries which may sustain resulting from the negligence of Discover Nails LLC, its employees, its contractors.
- Inform our staff if you are allergic to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service.
- While receiving any service please provide our staff with your feedback and or comments on their services so our staff can satisfy your requirements straight away.
- Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concerns relating to the salon, the staff, or any service.
- Inform the staff /salon manager immediately if you have any concern that you have any infection or any other abnormal reaction or condition concerning your nails.
1. GUARANTEE:
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.
- Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days for dipping and nail enhancement services after your appointment. If you notice chips or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with original color of service and repair shall be completed within 7 days of initial service.
- You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 3 days after your initial service.
- Repairs after guarantee period for breakages, tears, corner breaks, or other issues will be charged.
- Traditional/regular polish services are not guaranteed.
- We will not be responsible for any infected nails, allergic reactions post servicing your nails.
- Any cuts or wounds that happen either before or during service must be reported to the manager and documented.
2. PRICE/REFUND:
- Make sure the quoted prices are mutually agreed between the customer and our nail technicians prior to receiving services.
- Extra services are offered during service will be charged extra.
- Payment will be rounded up to whole dollar amount.
- No refunds will be given after the completion of service.
- No refund will be given because you changed your mind.
- In the event that you are not satisfied, please let us know at the time of service and we will provide a complimentary corrective service at no cost; or remove any nail enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
3. GIFT CARD/CERTIFICATE:
- Gift cards are not refundable.
- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
- Gift cards will not be honored after expiration date.
4. SURVEILLANCE:
- For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with Digital Video Surveillance system.
5. HEALTH AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS:
- Please also inform our staff and get documented on any medical conditions (diabetes, e.g..) or allergies to any chemicals or substances before receiving any service. This will help customize your services accordingly.
- We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, whether they are a direct or indirect result of any products or services we offer in our salon.
6. FOR YOUR PROTECTION:
- For your protection, keep all belonging with you at all times.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, chemicals and a busy, congested area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.
- We would try our best to accommodate children. However, children must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times.
7. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone with health conditions or nail conditions that that we determined to be harmed by our services.
- Rude, abusive, or disrespectful people who disrupt the atmosphere of our clients and technicians.
- Anyone who does not comply with our policies.
